Access to the FarmSight platform is subject to a separate service agreement. The platform, including all satellite data, AI recommendations, sensor readings, and analytics outputs, is provided for informational and operational support purposes only. While we strive for accuracy, agricultural recommendations provided through FarmSight should be considered alongside your own professional judgement and local agronomic expertise.
Perjuma AgTech is not liable for any crop losses, financial losses, or other damages arising from decisions made on the basis of FarmSight data alone.
All content on this website and within the FarmSight platform — including text, graphics, logos, icons, images, data models, algorithms, and software — is the property of Perjuma AgTech or its content suppliers and is protected by applicable copyright and intellectual property laws.
You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from our content without prior written consent.
You retain ownership of all farm data you provide to us or that is generated through sensors and devices deployed on your land. By using our Services, you grant Perjuma AgTech a limited, non-exclusive licence to process and analyse your farm data for the purpose of delivering our Services, improving our models, and generating aggregated insights (in anonymised form only).
Our Services are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Services will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Perjuma AgTech shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, crop yield, data, or goodwill, arising from your use of the Services or inability to use the Services.
